The site includes the Development Map™ and the specific products and services provided and offered for purchase such as, but not limited to TFMM and the Observation Tool Kit. It also includes any services, publications, presentations, on-line training, webinars, user groups and work provided through its sub-contractors.

By purchasing our publications, you agree to and accept the terms and conditions which apply as detailed in this section and below, and in particular regarding Intellectual Property and the Permitted Uses of Content.
- One publication per individual.
- The purchase of the publication(s) is for the sole use of the purchaser or specific individual(s) for whom a purchase has been made.
- Our publications must not be shared, copied or re-produced in any format without the express written permission of WatchMeGrow™ Ltd.
- Legal action may be taken to secure compensation for losses suffered by WatchMeGrow™Ltd as a consequence of breaches in copyright and these terms and conditions.
Privacy

Public Screening Rights
These Terms include the prohibition to undertake public screenings of the Content. A public screening is a non-theatrical performance of a program, without charge, outside the home to a gathering of people other than family members and or acquaintances. These gatherings are normally found in locations such as schools, libraries, conferences, seminars and civic institutions. Public screenings DO NOT include closed-circuit transmission or intranets within a single building or on a single, geographically unified campus.
